Communication capabilities. ECS allows you to notify educators automatically, via e-mail, anytime an update occurs to their account. It also allows for mass e-mails to be sent to educators coming up on important deadlines such as renewal dates.

Single Sign On System that provides dual role security. No need for multiple user names for users who have multiple roles (educator, administrator).

Professional Development tracking. State approved vendors can use ECS to enter in the Professional Development activities they will be hosting. Educators can sign up for Professional Development activities they will be attending, and will be granted credit for that activity once their attendance is confirmed.

Entitlement functionality. Licensure officers at Institutions of Higher Learning have the ability to entitle their students via ECS. The students can then access the system and apply for their credential instantly.

Online payment processing. Allow your educators to apply and pay for credentials online.
